With a fire under us hotter than our green bean roasters we are empowering coffee connoisseurs everywhere to enjoy coffee their way. Introducing the world's first IOT-infused roast-grind-brew coffee machine enabling our customers to roast-grind-brew their green coffee beans from the comfort of home. All whilst promoting direct trade between farmers and coffee lovers to create a fairer-than-fair-trade coffee ecosystem... Basically, we are starting a coffee revolution! No revolution can succeed without it’s heroes and we are looking for individuals as rich in skills and knowledge as our green coffee beans are in flavour (...which is a lot).

Your mission:

  • You are the voice of our company – the direct link to our customers

  • You take care of our Global customers by, email, chat and social media channels

  • You competently support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service

  • You actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants

  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features

  • You’re part of an international and multilingual team

  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner on Salesforce and our online communities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Crowdfunding

  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

  • Engage and build our community in offline events.

 

Your particular set of skills:

 

  • You have excellent language skills in German and English and feel comfortable speaking & writing in Both languages. Any other second language are appreciated

  • You love to communicate while being easy-going and patient with our customers

  • Good and customer-friendly service has the highest priority for you

  • You’re curious and persistent to solve issues

  • You’re organized and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
